• A Critical Access Hospital who was struggling with their information systems engaged Kinakeet to:

· Assess current Hospital Information System (HIS) and make recommendations

· Develop Information Technology Strategic Plan

· Assist with vendor selection for HIS

· Manage replacement, implementation and integration of HIS
